Unter den Gerichten sind der \"desayuno arriero\", Kabeljau mit nativem Oliven\u00f6l, Zicklein mit Knoblauch, Zicklein in Wein, Eintopf mit Kohl und Fenchel und Ziegenfleisch mit Mandelso\u00dfe hervorzuheben, immer begleitet von einem guten lokalen Muskatellerwein. Die volkst\u00fcmliche Gastronomie basiert auf Fleisch, aber der Besucher kann auch Migas mit Oliven und Heringen, Gazpacho, Ajoblanco (kalte Suppe) und Kutteln kosten. Au\u00dferdem gibt es Pesti\u00f1os, Roscos de huevo und Roscos de vino al horno.<\/p>\n
