Balcón del Río offers a fully restored old mill, distributed over two floors. It is next to the river and surrounded by orchards, just 1.5km from the village of Sayalonga and 10km from the beach. It is a spacious and comfortable rural house, with very well cared for exteriors.
There is no central heating, but there are heaters in the rooms.
Meals can be ordered from a restaurant in the village. Groceries can be delivered by a supermarket in the village.
