Alfarnatejo Landscape

To reach Alfarnatejo by the road that crosses the gorge of the river Sabar is to enter a mountainous landscape of rocky mountain ranges. On leaving the gorge, a small depression offers the traveller a respite, but the mountains are still present. In front, the Sierra de Camarolos with the Chamizo Peak (1,637 m) marks the horizon towards Antequera, while the Sierra del Rey closes the views to the south, offering a landscape of great beauty.
