Vines and olive trees cover the hills surrounding the village, while in the valley the small widening of the river and some terraces add vegetables and fruit trees to the landscape. The landscape of \u00c1rchez should be contemplated from the higher ground in the surrounding area, especially along the road which, following the Ruta del Mud\u00e9jar (Mudejar Route), heads towards Salares.
