Regionalist and neo-Mud\u00e9jar in style, it is notable for its side tower inspired by 16th century turrets. The building has two floors and an attic, as well as a front porch supported by Tuscan columns with sculpted crests and a stucco frieze with plant reliefs. Its fa\u00e7ade has a main balcony and large windows with wrought-iron grilles. The tower rises three storeys high, topped at the top level by a twinned opening.
