It uses the old presses still found in its traditional wine-treading cellar and its oak casks for ageing.\u00a0 <strong>He is currently working on dry, sweet and reserve wines,<\/strong> and currently has a wineskin containing wine \u201c<em>Pedro Xim\u00e9nez<\/em>\u201d, dating from 1962.
