Antonio Monta\u00f1ez, a resident of the hamlet of El Vald\u00e9s, has used his talent to transform these materials into a work of art that pays tribute to the land and local craftsmanship. The house was built as a tribute to his roots and to showcase local craftsmanship, with a particular focus on ceramics.<\/p>\n<p>The House Museum of <strong>El Vald\u00e9s<\/strong> is a private initiative that aims to revive and preserve the cultural and artistic heritage of the region. Its founder, <strong>Antonio Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong>, has brought together a fine selection of art from the Axarqu\u00eda: from farming tools that are no longer in use and the most authentic 19th-century floor tiles, to a wide range of works by painters and sculptors from the Axarqu\u00eda.
