This museum was established on the initiative of the San Jos\u00e9 Artesano Olive Growers\u2019 Cooperative, who wished to preserve the traditional methods of olive oil production that brought fame to the village. There, you can see the <strong>old millstones<\/strong> dating from the middle of the last century, as well as various tools used in the harvesting and pressing of extra virgin olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>The Museo del Aceite de Mondr\u00f3n invites visitors to discover the ancestral formulas for the production of the 'liquid gold' that made Periana famous. The museum houses old millstones and traditional tools.
