This museum was established on the initiative of the San Jos\u00e9 Artesano Olive Growers\u2019 Cooperative, who wished to preserve the traditional methods of olive oil production that brought fame to the village. There, you can see the <strong>old millstones<\/strong> dating from the middle of the last century, as well as various tools used in the harvesting and pressing of extra virgin olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>The Mondr\u00f3n Olive Oil Museum invites you to discover the traditional production methods of the <a href=\"https:\/\/aceitesmondron.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u2018liquid gold\u2019<\/a> which made Periana famous. The site houses old millstones and traditional farming tools.
