This building, designed by Francisco Estrada Romero and influenced by the organicism of Frank Lloyd Wright, is a small-scale construction with two floors and two distinct areas: one social and the other for boats. Its ground plan is organised around three circles of different sizes and several rectangles. Its glass turret in the shape of an inverted cone, which was used to control competitions and as a lighthouse, stands out. It is a clear example of the art of the Modern Movement of the second half of the 20th century and reflects the typical uses of a maritime town like Torre del Mar.
