The products of the land are the basis of the exquisite dishes that can be tasted in Árchez. Traditional Arab dishes such as fennel stew with rice, breadcrumbs accompanied by sardines and cod omelettes with sugar cane honey are some of the specialities that visitors can enjoy. The town also produces its own wine, for private use and for sale, which can be tasted in the town's bars and restaurants. The production of sultanas, olives, almonds, avocados and, to a lesser extent, mangoes is also of note.
In its gastronomy, it is worth mentioning:
- Ajoblanco: a type of gazpacho without tomato and with ground almonds, usually served with peeled grapes or sultanas.
- Bread and flour crumbs: served with herrings and sardines.
- Sultanas: confectionery.
- Potaje de garbanzos con bacalao (chickpea and cod stew): typical of Easter.
- Roscos de vino: pastries.
- And we also find: mince and grapes in wine
