This is one of the main sources of water for the Andalusian farmstead of Aquta (Cútar). Its origin dates back to the Andalusian period with later alterations that transformed its original appearance. It is known as Ayn al-qarya or Fuente de la Alquería. It has a cube-shaped structure measuring 3.40 m by 3.34 m, with whitewashed tiles and open on two sides by semicircular openings made of brick. The exterior roof is pyramidal, with hipped roofs and a dome inside.
