The typical gastronomy of Frigiliana is mainly characterised by food made with cane honey, as Frigiliana is home to the Nuestra Señora del Carmen de Frigiliana Cane Honey Factory, which is characterised by being the only factory of its kind in Europe. This delicious product is used to make recipes such as the famous Aubergines with cane honey.
