Macharaviaya

The typical gastronomy of Macharaviaya reflects the Andalusian tradition with strong roots in local products. The dishes made with products from the garden stand out, such as ajoblanco, a cold soup made with almonds, garlic, bread, olive oil and grapes. Also typical are migas, made with bread or semolina and accompanied by sausages, peppers and sardines. Andalusian gazpacho, ideal for the warm weather, is not to be missed.
