Rincón de la Victoria is a destination that is also attractive for its restaurants. Its location provides it with succulent resources from the sea and inland, which together with the Mediterranean diet, make the municipality a place that has been growing in gastronomic fame.
Fried fish, together with avocados, mangoes and sultanas from the Axarquia region, its magro with tomato, zoque (gazpacho typical of Rincón de la Victoria), maimones soup, ajo blanco, migas or fried goat, make up a wide range of typical dishes to offer visitors, who cannot fail to try the traditional sweets of Rincón de la Victoria, such as roscos de vino, the teja cakes made from almonds, grandmother's sponge cakes with vanilla and lemon, or the pestiños at Christmas, made with recipes handed down for generations,
A highlight of this culinary journey is the Fiesta del Boquerón Victoriano, which is held at the beginning of September and has been declared a Festival of Provincial Tourist Interest, complemented by the Ruta de la Tapa in November and the Ruta de la Cuchara in February.
