Landscape of Benamocarra

Benamocarra, located 126 metres above Loma de la Quera, offers a landscape of small hills covered with olive and almond trees to the west of the Vélez River. To the east, at the bottom of the Iznate river valley, the landscape has changed in recent years with the growth of avocado plantations, which climb the hills near the village, alongside orange and lemon groves.
