The source of the Albarrá

This spring is half a kilometre from the town centre. The water flows very cold in summer and hot in winter.
Located in the lower part of the village, this fountain has always been the main water supply point for the people of Salar until the arrival of running water to the houses. In the past it was a meeting place for young girls and young men, but nowadays it is only used to irrigate the vegetable gardens below the village.
