In the farmhouse of Mondrón, next to the Aceites Mondrón-Olivarera San José Artesano Cooperative, next to the A-7204 road, there are two olive groves where it is easy to find these monumental, centuries-old olive trees, which with their beautiful trunks and long branches are living witnesses to a rural culture that already produced a unique oil. It is well worth exploring the olive groves of Mondrón, looking for these giants that are hidden among the youngest specimens of their kind, to take us back many centuries to the times of al-Andalus.
