The church, built in the 16th century and renovated in the 18th century, is located in the centre of the town, and stands out for its simple façade and Mudejar tower. It has a basilica floor plan with three naves separated by classical arches. The three naves are separated by rectangular pillars supporting semicircular arches in classical style. The central nave is covered by a Gothic-Mudejar style framework of pair and knuckle trusses. The wooden door gives access to an 18th century gate, which was saved from burning during the Civil War.
The three-storey tower houses a bell tower with six bays. The main altar has two chapels that house the images of Jesús Nazareno and the Virgen de los Dolores. The central nave is covered with a Gothic-Mudejar framework.
