Con su estructura del siglo XVI y su cubierta y artesonado mudéjar, la Iglesia parroquial es uno de los edificios más emblemáticos de Cómpeta. Contiene dos murales realizados por el pintor Paco Hernández.

Located in the centre of the village, it preserves the architectural style of the 19th century. It is the meeting point for meetings, strolls, conversations with friends and all the social activity between neighbours.

 

Hermitage of San Sebastian

Its current location is believed to be the former centre of the village.
It is a simple 18th century building with a single nave covered by a hemispherical vault on pendentives. Inside is the image of the patron saint of Cómpeta.

Hadriano Mill Museum

The Hadriano Museum is a rustic house situated in the centre of Cómpeta and behind its humble door hides a 19th century oil mill. The mill was restored by Joost and Schepel Moira to house a museum, an art exhibition room and a rural house.

The Walk of Traditions

In this walk our visitors can find images of our traditional ceramic mosaic works by the competeño ceramist Antonio Rivas, a poem by the competeño writer Manuel Ángel López and a brief outline of our history with the most significant data.

This wine press is where the Wine Night is celebrated; the grapes are trodden in the traditional way every 15th August so that our visitors can observe how the delicious wine is prepared, that is to say, with their feet.
