Our Lady of the Rosary Church

It is located in the lower part of the village and is dedicated to objects from the past, making it a great exhibition of popular arts.

This fountain, located in the Plaza del Pocillo, allows us to have the privilege of finding at the same point the supply of 3 water sources of different origins: river, Alcua and reservoir. These are the three springs that supply this fountain with its characteristic charm.

The grape harvest fountain was created as a tribute to the work of the grape harvesters who transported the grapes from the vineyards with a basket of grapes to the grape raisins, which were often a long way from the vineyards and therefore had to negotiate large pits and hills.

Next to its very old church, which has a peculiar mixture of Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Mudejar styles, there is a crypt where the burials of the inhabitants of the village and the surrounding area of the region took place. In the 16th century, the crypt was closed by express order of Carlos III in 1767. Its interior is still preserved in perfect condition.

Built during the Muslim domination, it owes its name to the fact that the Arabs originally embedded a goat's horn in it as an ornament. It has a pillar that collects the water drawn from the fountain by a hand pump.

It is right at the entrance to the village and retains elements of traditional architecture with two murals in homage to personalities of these lands such as Ibn-Baitar (doctor and botanist) and Martín Vázquez Ciruela (Canon and theologian). In addition to the murals, there are two figures at the top of the arch itself, which represent the figure of two grape harvesters, the most common work among the inhabitants of the municipality.
