This building, built by the Larios family around 1907, was initially known as the "Edificio del Ave María" and dedicated to charity. In 1936 it became the "Hogar Virgen de la Victoria" and was used for educational purposes. Its design is reminiscent of the hospitals of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with a rectangular main body that includes a staircase leading to the main floor. It consists of two floors and a semi-basement that raises the building. Behind it, there are six parallel pavilions connected by a corridor, surrounding a courtyard with vegetation that culminates in a small chapel. Its large windows provide plenty of light, and the building is an essential part of the history and collective memory of Torre del Mar.
