Located on Paseo de Larios, this house is the only regionalist construction from the late 19th and early 20th centuries that remains in the area. Regionalist and neo-Mudéjar in style, it is notable for its side tower inspired by 16th century turrets. The building has two floors and an attic, as well as a front porch supported by Tuscan columns with sculpted crests and a stucco frieze with plant reliefs. Its façade has a main balcony and large windows with wrought-iron grilles. The tower rises three storeys high, topped at the top level by a twinned opening. The roofs are decorated with beams or corbels, a clear example of a second home of a large owner during the industrial boom.
