Right in the centre of the municipality of Colmenar, in the Axarquia region, is the José Molina winery, a place that brings the world of oenology back to life with the most traditional form of winemaking. All white wines, with the Pedro Ximén grape, as well as the Tempranillo, Syrah and Merlot reds, are sourced exclusively from their own grapes from their vineyards located on the Lagares de Molina estate near Colmenar.
Winery located in a century-old house that recovers traditional winemaking. All production comes from the winery's own vineyards, giving rise to wines with a strong local identity and traditional character.
